Effective with Minor Concerns

This is my second purchase of the product, with my first one being from a different branch. I bought one for myself and another for my partner. I must say, this flosser is highly effective and well-built. However, I have one minor issue that prevents me from giving it a perfect 5-star rating. The small silicone piece that protects the electric charging port does not stay in place on either of the two units I purchased. This concerns me because I worry that water could potentially damage the electrical components. Apart from this issue, the flosser has been working fine so far.

I find this flosser very easy to grip, even when the water tank is full. It provides the perfect amount of grip to ensure a comfortable flossing experience. Following the recommended instructions, we charged it for up to 4 hours initially. Surprisingly, even after using the flosser approximately 10 times, we have not yet needed to recharge it. Visually, the flosser has a professional and hygienic appearance.
